BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN DISCLOSURE
Chapwood Capital Investment Management (CCIM) is committed to safeguarding the interests of our clients in the event of an emergency or significant business disruption (SBD).  As part of this commitment, we maintain a Business Continuity Plan to address significant disruptions to our normal course of business.  This plan is reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
 
Our plan encompasses both internal and external SBDs and outlines how CCIM would respond if a building, city-wide or regional incident disrupts our business.  The plan addresses relocation of technology and operations personnel to other facilities depending on the location, nature and extent of the disruption.  It also addresses data back-up and recovery of both hard copy and electronic files. 
 
In the event of an SBD, CCIM will use its Web site, telephone, e-mail or other available means of communication to notify clients of the status of our recovery.  We will also use these methods of communication to inform our clients how they can access their funds and securities, place orders and view their accounts.  Depending on the extent and location of a SBD, firm personnel may be relocated.  If an adviser is relocated, CCIM will notify its customers how to contact their adviser and will make customer information available to the adviser at the new location as promptly as possible.
 
CCIM’s Business Continuity Plan is reviewed at least annually to ensure that it takes into consideration technological, business and regulatory changes.  The plan is subject to modification and will be available on the firm’s website.  Clients may also obtain a copy of our current Business Continuity Plan by requesting a copy from their adviser.
